Bronze Stevie Award recognizes editvideo.io’s human-first approach to video editing at a time when much of the industry is automating.
BROADLANDS, VA, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — editvideo.io was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Company of the Year, Business & Professional Services (Small) category in The 23rd Annual International Business Awards® (IBAs) today. Founder and CEO Muhammad Usman Qamar also won an individual Bronze Stevie Award in the Entrepreneur, Business & Professional Services category.
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2026 IBAs received entries from organizations in 82 nations and territories.
Winners will be celebrated during a gala event at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse on Wednesday, 28 October.
More than 3,400 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Startup of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.
editvideo.io and Qamar won in the Business & Professional Services category for a small, US-based video editing service built on a subscription model.
editvideo.io has grown from a single-founder operation in 2019 into a 45-person distributed editorial team serving 1,800+ clients across the US, Canada, and Australia, with 49% year-over-year revenue growth. Judges highlighted the company’s human-first approach as a defining strength: one judge noted that going completely against the trend of automated tools and choosing to back real people instead has clearly paid off with massive growth. Another called the growth story solid and honest, citing the company’s use of verified financial evidence to support its claims. Qamar was also recently named to Forbes Business Council and to the Entrepreneur Leadership Network.
“This recognition means a lot because it’s independent,” said Qamar. “We built editvideo.io on the idea that creators deserve a dedicated human editor who knows their voice, not just an algorithm. Having that validated by an international judging panel tells us we’re on the right track. Congratulations to our entire editorial team, this award is as much theirs as it is mine.”
Stevie Award nominations were evaluated by more than 200 business professionals worldwide serving as judges on 9 specialized committees. Stevie Award winners were determined based on judges’ average scores during the independent judging process in June and July.
“The 2026 International Business Awards winners represent the very best in business achievement from organizations of all sizes and across virtually every industry,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller. “This year’s winners have demonstrated exceptional innovation, leadership, resilience, and results in a highly competitive global field. We congratulate every Stevie Award winner and look forward to celebrating their achievements together in Paris on October 28.”
